Session and Workshop Terms and Conditions

Payment for the session/workshop is made online to the specified account.

Payment should be made no later than one day before the meeting or at the time of booking.

If payment is not made on time, the session/workshop will be rescheduled.

If the session/workshop is cancelled less than 24 hours before the meeting, the fee will not be refunded.

The PSYCH-K® facilitator / BODY CODE® / Reiki® practitioner does not make medical or psychological diagnoses, and the process does not replace traditional forms of therapy and treatment, and does not guarantee the cure of a given condition or illness.

Withdrawal from the contract

Withdrawal from the contract should be submitted in writing by email to enter@katarzyna-glogowska.com no later than one day before the start of the session program. The session fee is refundable if the withdrawal from the contract is made in writing, as described above, no later than the day before the start of the session. In the event of withdrawal during the program, the session fee is non-refundable.

This section contains information on, among other things, how to place an order and conclude a contract, delivery methods, available payment methods, and the contract withdrawal procedure.

The website is owned by Katarzyna Głogowska, running a business called LING Partner Katarzyna Głogowska, located at Klonowa 29/16, 41-800 Zabrze, entered into the Central Registration and Information on Business, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6482625686, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider. § 1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

1. Customer – a natural person who is at least 13 years of age, provided that if such person is under 18, the consent of their legal representative is required, as well as a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, to which special provisions grant legal capacity, and which accesses or intends to access the Service on the Website.

2. Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions, available at www.katarzyna-glogowska.com

3. Website – the website www.katarzyna-glogowska.com, which includes, among other things, a range of services provided electronically to Customers. Customers are provided with functionalities within the Website that allow for the execution of Agreements concluded on the Website.

4. Product – the subject of the Service provided on the Website, covered by the price indicated during its presentation in the email.

6. Session – an individual meeting/training session. The service may be conducted electronically, by telephone, or in person. Each participant must accept the Terms and Conditions up to 24 hours before the session begins.

7. Online Workshops – a service provided under a previously concluded Agreement. The service is provided electronically for a specified period specified in the Product description before concluding the Agreement.

8. On-Site Workshops – a product that is not provided electronically. Participation in an in-person session/workshop is subject to separate Event Rules. Each participant must accept the Event Rules upon entering into the Agreement. The Client is subject to specific rights and obligations in connection with an in-person workshop event.

9. Agreement – an order for a Service submitted by the Client via email with the Order and full payment for a session, course/training/workshop, in response to an offer submitted by LING Partner Katarzyna Głogowska or available at www.katarzyna-glogowska.com

10. Consumer – a Client who is a natural person with full legal capacity who has entered into or intends to enter into an agreement with LING Partner Katarzyna Głogowska not directly related to their business or professional activity.

§ 2 Introductory Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions of use of the Website, as well as the rights and obligations of LING Partner Katarzyna Głogowska and the Client.

2. The Client’s computer or other device does not need to meet any special technical requirements to use the Website. The following are sufficient:

1. A device with internet access and a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox (the latest version or two previous versions)

2. An active email account

3. Cookies enabled

4. JavaScript enabled

5. LING Partner Katarzyna Głogowska is not responsible for any difficulties in using the service resulting from incorrect configuration of the Customer’s software or hardware, or from problems with the Customer’s hardware or internet connection.

6. The Customer may not enter into a Service Agreement through the Website anonymously or under a pseudonym.

7. When using the Website, it is prohibited to provide illegal content, in particular by sending such content via the forms available on the Website.

§3 Placing an Order

1. Confirmation of payment by LING Partner Katarzyna Głogowska constitutes the moment of concluding the Agreement. This confirmation will be sent to the Customer at the email address provided in the order form.

2. The Customer declares that all information provided in the order form is accurate.

§4 Services Provided Electronically

1. To ensure the Customer’s security and the transfer of data in connection with the use of the Service, LING Partner Katarzyna Głogowska takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of security risk to the services provided, in particular measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data by unauthorized persons.

2. The Customer does not have the right to copy, in whole or in part, any video materials, PDF materials, or presentations provided as part of the Service, nor to present or distribute them.

3. The Customer does not have the right to record or record the Service, courses/trainings/workshops, in whole or in part.

§5 Online Sessions/Workshops

1. The order for a Session/Workshop is fulfilled using designated tools: Google Meet/Zoom or other tools indicated before the event.

§6 Consumer Withdrawal from the Contract

1. A Consumer who has concluded a contract for a Session with LING Partner Katarzyna Głogowska has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of concluding the contract, but no later than 24 hours before the first session. 2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, LING Partner Katarzyna Głogowska will refund all payments received from the Consumer immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which LING Partner Katarzyna Głogowska was informed of the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Consumer used in the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different solution. In any case, the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with the refund.
