§1 Who is the Controller of Your Personal Data?

§2 For What Purposes Do We Collect Your Data, and How Long Do We Keep It?

We may process your data for the following purposes:

  1. Communicating with you (responding to questions submitted via contact forms, email, etc.).
    • Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller—communication with website users (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    • Retention: until you object or the business purpose ends.
    • Voluntariness: optional, but necessary for communication.
    • Archived internally until objection or end of business purpose (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  1. Contract conclusion and performance (order placement).
  2. Establishing, asserting, and defending claims.
  3. Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., tax and archiving duties).

  4. Only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), processed until purpose ends or consent withdrawn. Voluntary, but essential for contract performance.
  5. Recruitment.
  1. Data retained as needed for recruitment and contract conclusion (Art. 6(1)(b) & (c) GDPR).
  2. Additional voluntary data kept based on consent.
  3. With your permission, we may keep data for future hiring up to 3 years (from end-of-year application received).
  4. Voluntary, though missing required data may prevent participation or agreement.

§3 To Whom Do We Disclose Your Data?

We share your data only when necessary to fulfill the purposes above, and only to the extent required. Generally, we collect data you provide—except for cookies data—per §7.

Where needed, we share with partners such as: hosting providers, IT firms, website managers, accounting firms, invoicing software providers, newsletter platforms, cloud services, marketing agencies, administrative consultants, subcontractors, lawyers, couriers/mail operators, training platforms, social media platforms, customer service systems, appointment platforms, product/service platforms, and other external support entities.

Data is usually not transferred outside the EEA, except as below. If data is transferred outside the EEA, it’s based on your consent, standard contractual clauses, or other GDPR safeguards, alongside required notifications.

Services by Google or Facebook (Meta) are primarily with EU‑based entities, but due to their global structure, storage on US servers may occur. Both use standard contractual clauses to secure data in compliance with GDPR. Details are in their Privacy Policies.

We may explicitly transfer data outside the EEA to:

  1. Active Campaign LLC, Chicago, Illinois;
  2. Asana, Inc., San Francisco, California;
  3. … etc.

§4 What Rights Do You Have?

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent (without affecting pre‑withdrawal processing legality). For details, see Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may file a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO). Before you do that, feel free to contact me directly for clarification.

§5 Is Your Data Profiled?

The Controller performs automated analysis (using software tools, e.g., history, stats) only to understand user preferences in a way that does not have legal consequences or significantly affect your rights—e.g., to tailor cookies. More info in §7 (Cookies Policy).

§6 Applicable Legal Regulations

GDPR and other relevant EU data protection laws apply to matters not covered here.

§7 Cookies Policy

The Site only automatically collects non‑identifiable (anonymous) info via cookies.
Cookies are small data files stored on your device for site functionality, preference tailoring, navigation optimization, and usage statistics to improve site structure and content.

§8 Social Plugins

The Site uses social plugins and widgets from Facebook (Meta), Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn. Data processing rules are governed by those platforms’ policies.

§9 Joint-Data Controllers

Statistics collected on Facebook are jointly controlled by the Controller and Meta Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland).
On LinkedIn, joint control with LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland).
These are based on the Controller’s legitimate interest in analyzing activity and improving functionality and services. For data-related matters, you may contact either the Controller or the joint-controller.
