As the founder of the multilingual agency LING Partner operating throughout Poland, I ensure continuity and comprehensiveness of language services in all languages of the world; training, workshops, translations and language audits.

I implement a language development strategy consistent with the direction of a given company, based on many years of experience – extensive and multi-layered cooperation with companies and corporations in and outside Poland. I specialize in cooperation with the managerial staff and boards. In the case of larger company projects aimed at developing the bilingualism of employees, my activities focus on strategic talks with the management board and the HR department, coaching and workshop work. The entire process is monitored, carried out on measurable goals, and the effectiveness of the development process is evaluated on an ongoing basis.
