Psych-K Facilitation®

Our mind is made up of two modules: conscious and subconscious. The conscious mind processes 40 bits of information per second. The subconscious mind, in turn, is capable of processing as much as 40 million bits of information per second! So it works a million times faster. This number gives food for thought about the power of the subconscious. The latest achievements in neurobiology have proven that only 5% of our lives are shaped by our conscious mind, and 95% of our life experiences are directed by patterns from the subconscious. Programs stored in the subconscious mind work spontaneously, most often without us realizing it. The subconscious mind makes everyday decisions and conditions the reactions and behaviors that are constantly repeated. Our life is a projection of patterns hidden in the subconscious. Unfortunately, on average, 70% of them are destructive and strip us of confidence in our abilities, leaving us helpless and entangled with no prospect of improving our life circumstances.
