What is Neurolanguage Coaching?

As a certified Professional Neurolanguage Coach® accredited by the ICF, I am an expert in implementing language training for individual clients and business entities. Based on scientific knowledge, I will make you aware of the enormous power of skilful communication in business and everyday relations. Language at an above-average level is a
powerful tool. The techniques I use are supported by knowledge derived from the results of
brain research. Neurolanguage Coaching®, in which I specialize, is a structured and organized process of developing language competencies based on the assumptions, models and tools of classic coaching and neuroscience, i.e. knowledge about how the human brain learns and how to effectively use its potential.
This process has a specific structure for developing specific language skills and competencies and is divided into stages. It also has a set time frame and short and long-term goals. Sessions are conducted in a constant interaction mode with a lot of feedback in a brain-friendly
environment. The entire process is run based on ICF standards and key principles.
I also support my clients in achieving short-term goals, such as preparation for presentations, workshops or job interviews. I also fulfil the role of a representative interpreter during the
reception of foreign guests and business meetings.

As the founder of the multilingual agency LING Partner operating throughout Poland, I ensure continuity and comprehensiveness of language services in all languages of the world; training, workshops, translations and language audits.

For business entities

I implement a language development strategy consistent with the direction of a given company, based on many years of experience – extensive and multi-layered cooperation with companies and corporations in and outside Poland. I specialize in cooperation with the managerial staff and boards. In the case of larger company projects aimed at developing the bilingualism of employees, my activities focus on strategic talks with the management board and the HR department, coaching and workshop work. The entire process is monitored, carried out on measurable goals, and the effectiveness of the development process is evaluated on an ongoing basis.

Development workshops

For companies, I organize development workshops in Polish or English, presenting the theory and practice of how our brain works and introducing you to the powerful field of neuroscience. This knowledge allows people to better understand themselves and others, which translates into a change in the quality and effectiveness of communication in international teams. I promote awareness among workshop participants by explaining the cause of intercultural barriers and directing attention to the spectrum of factors such as stereotypes, values or differences resulting from the style of communication, language register and cultural conditions. I also explain complicated psychological issues and the mechanics of interpersonal interactions in a clear and accessible way, emphasizing that skillful communication is essential for creating relationships in business and private life.
