I am enthralled by expanding conscious awareness to uplift the quality of life and maximize our potential. I believe that returning to the inner self through exploration, retrospection, understanding, and conscious living helps you restore balance and free yourself from limiting beliefs, patterns and imposed values. Moreover, emotions can be easily understood and even befriended. During individual sessions and group development workshops, I will help you name the unconscious, undo blocking programs, initiate changes and regain effortless control over life.
